Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Experience providing speech-language therapy in a school setting is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement effective strategies for communication disorders
• Maintain accurate documentation for student progress, evaluations, and compliance requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute knowledgeably to student care plans
• Offer resources and training for staff and families to support student outcomes
