Registered Nurse - Home Care

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality home care services to our patients in Detroit, and surrounding areas in MI. As a Registered Nurse - Home Care, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized nursing care in the comfort of patients' homes, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing assessments, treatments, and education to patients in their homes. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Monitor patient progress and document clinical information accurately and timely. Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Educate patients and caregivers on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication management. Requirements Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan. Previous experience in home health or community-based nursing preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
