Guest Services Representative

Job Description Summary The Guest Services Representative reports to the Manager of Guest Services. Under general supervision, the role covers inpatient and outpatient House Concierge units and information services areas. The position provides a high level of customer service, supports patients, families, visitors, and nursing/clinical team members, and ensures patient comfort and facilitates accommodations and access to Chaplain and community social services. The representative also serves as a liaison between patients, families, visitors, guests, and clinical team members in the department. Responsibilities Effectively assists patients in multiple areas by covering inpatient and outpatient concierge units and information services areas. Professionally greets visitors and patients upon arrival. Ascertains patients’ and/or visitors’ needs and directs them accordingly. Meets key performance metrics for the area and demonstrates compliance with policies and processes. Demonstrates a commitment to problem resolution by embracing a creative approach and focusing on efficient and effective solutions to promote the desired outcomes. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: High School Degree or Equivalent. Work Experience: 0-6 months.
