Position Details:

• 100% Outpatient Practice- Primary Care Internal Medicine
• Salary Range: $132,500-$178,000+ Salary range may include productivity/bonuses. Compensation is subject to the individual department compensation plans. Additional information is discussed during the recruitment process.
• SIGN-ON BONUS
• Full comprehensive benefits package including pension plans and 401K
• PAID VACATION, CME and SICK time including annual CME allowance.
• Shareholder track (2 years for 1.0FTE; 4 years for 0.5FTE)
• PAID MALPRACTICE
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible
• Shared call (phone call only) across a large provider pool
• 2.5-day work week averaging 16-20 patients/day- Flexible scheduling available-option of ½ day virtual care - NO NIGHTS and NO WEEKENDS
• Board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Board certification required within 2 years of employment
• EPIC EMR utilized system-wide
