Registered Nurse - Cardiac ICU 7E Location: MetroHealth Main Campus – Glick Shift: 7 a.m.–7 p.m./7 p.m.–7 a.m.; rotating weekends & holidays Hours: Bi‑weekly 72.00 hours Primary Patient Population: Severe cardiac disorders (STEMI, NSTEMI, CHF, arrhythmias, device implantation) Responsibilities Interpret EKGs and manage hemodynamic parameters (CVP, cardiac output, arterial blood pressure) Assist with bedside procedures including endoscopies, bronchoscopies, and central line care Provide critical thinking, delegation, and time management in a high‑acuity environment Collaborate with Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Nurse Interns, and Providers Number of Beds: 16 Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited professional nursing school (or program seeking accreditation) Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio Current AHA Basic Life Support for healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire Current ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire Preferred Qualifications BSN Professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association MetroHealth offers industry‑leading benefits, including tuition reimbursement, professional certification incentives, medical/dental insurance, and participation in the Ohio Public Employee Retirement System (OPERS). #J-18808-Ljbffr The MetroHealth System
