Through consistent prospecting, follow-up, and hands-on experience, you will strengthen your negotiation skills, market knowledge, and ability to recognize properties that align with investment goals.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and proven systems designed to help you build confidence and consistency. The focus is on developing productive daily habits, creating long-term relationships, and building a successful acquisitions business through real-world experience.

$145,000 at plan commissions

• Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
• Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
• Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
• Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
• Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
• Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward

• Find acquisition properties

• Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network

• Investment property lead generation

• Investment property lead follow-up

• Listing appointments

• Investment property buyer and seller sales

• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities

• Communicate with property owners, investors, and prospective sellers

• Conduct property research and analyze comparable market data

• Prepare and present offers while assisting with negotiations

• Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate records within the CRM

• Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments

• A real estate license is required
