Driver Pay & Compensation

We believe in fair, simple, and transparent pay that rewards your work without gimmicks:

• $.64 to $.67 CPM (based on experience)

• Average Weekly Pay (Top 50%) : $1,945

• Top 50% Earners Annually : $101,176+

• Paid Practical Miles – not short route (earn 3–5% more miles annually!)

• Optional Per Diem Program

• Orientation Pay - $120/Day

• Quarterly Safety Bonus

Driver Requirements

We’re looking for safety-focused, career-minded professionals :

• 1+ year of driving experience within the last 2 years

• 5 or fewer jobs in the past 10 years

  • (We consider qualified applicants who exceed this if their resume is otherwise strong)

• Ideally 1 job in the past year (2–3 may still be accepted)

• No DOT preventable accidents in the past year

• 3 or fewer preventable accidents in the last 5 years

• No major CDL violations in the past year

• Fewer than 3 moving violations in the past 5 years
