Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and optimize our online retail operations. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong ownership of product management, website performance, and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable working cross-functionally while also stepping in on operational tasks when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Catalog Management
- Manage product listings, including creation, optimization, and updates
- Ensure accuracy across pricing, descriptions, images, and inventory
- Monitor product performance and implement improvements to increase conversions
Website & Technical Coordination
- Collaborate with web developers and external consultants to improve site functionality
- Identify and troubleshoot site issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Assist in implementing new features, integrations, and optimizations
AI & Process Optimization
- Utilize AI tools and resources to streamline workflows, enhance product content, and improve marketing efficiency
- Continuously evaluate new technologies to increase operational effectiveness
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Plan, build, and execute digital marketing campaigns (email, promotions, on-site messaging)
- Develop promotional strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail operations
- Familiarity with website platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on in daily operations
- Experience with AI tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus

- Canva or Photoshop
- Word Press
Work Environment
This is a dynamic role that requires both strategic oversight and operational involvement. Candidates should be comfortable switching between high-level planning and day-to-day execution.
