Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Telemetry
This is a 13-week contract position.
Location: Cleveland, OH
Schedule: Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience to provide high-quality patient care in a busy healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will operate collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and monitor telemetry patients.
- Administer medications and treatment as prescribed by the healthcare team.
- Utilize clinical assessment skills to evaluate patient conditions and responses.
- Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- Must have an active Permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand at the time of submission.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
