We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to join our team at Summit at Bealeton, a brand-new, newly constructed lease-up community. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in building occupancy from the ground up. Affordable Housing experience is REQUIRED for this role. CAPREIT Core Values: FACE-IN Family – Accountability – Communication – Excellence – Integrity Compensation & Benefits $73,000 – $75,000 per year Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Mental Health Day Summer Fun Fridays Paid vacation, including your birthday, plus sick days and holidays Competitive bonus and leasing commission structure About Summit at Bealeton Location: Bealeton,Virginia22712 Number of Units: 160 Openings: 1 Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the community maintaining all files while ensuring they are in compliance with local, state, and federal agencies; completing move ins and move outs with their corresponding inspections; and providing a great level of customer service to current and prospective residents while promoting great resident relations and handling all resident complaints. Undertake the fiscal responsibilities of the community by preparing an annual budget; pushing effective rents to achieve growth in GPR while maintaining a high level of occupancy; completing variance and weekly reports; refunding security deposits; processing invoices and daily deposits; and controlling delinquency, AP, and AR. Promoting teamwork to achieve a common goal byhiring, training, and motivating community personnel. Qualifications Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in the multi-family housing industry Required: Previous Affordable Housing experience (LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, or similar programs) Required: Previous Lease Up Experience Strong knowledge of compliance, certifications, and income verifications High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced lease-up environment Strong communication and customer service skills Schedule Requirements Monday – Friday /Some weekends required (not every weekend) #CAPREITUS #J-18808-Ljbffr
