A company is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist I. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily outbound outreach to assigned accounts and engage customers flagged for various risks Communicate the value of services, handle objections, and identify opportunities for plan optimization Deliver personalized support, log interactions, and maintain documentation for transparency and performance tracking Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of Customer Service or B2B Sales experience Experience working in a remote environment with structured daily targets Familiarity with SaaS products and CRM systems Working knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
