VMC Group is seeking a VP of Engineering to lead design and engineering resources across its global brands. You will drive efficient execution, prioritize drawings and revisions, and ensure profitability and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a PE license, 15+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, and 5+ years in senior leadership. You will mentor staff and align engineering with Sales, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to optimize performance.
