What You'll DoBe part of an internal consulting team with high visibility to Applied Global Services (AGS) executive leadership. Lead strategic transformation projects for AGS that improve productivity, drive operational excellence, streamline business processes, influence business strategy, accelerate growth, deliver cost reduction, and embed continuous improvement across the organization. Own the complete project lifecycle — from as-is analysis, opportunity identification and quantification, and development of improvement streams and solutions, through stakeholder buy-in and implementation.This is a high-impact role requiring relentless change management drive, rewarded with material impact to business-unit performance. MBA or Masters in Engineering equivalent business experience preferred7–10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry or consultingStrong analytical skills — able to extract real insight from multiple data sources; expert-level knowledge of data analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI; Python and Applied Smart Factory APF a plusProven experience working across cross-functional business teams, including Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Finance; prior management consulting or internal consulting experience preferredAble to work effectively in a matrix environment and influence without authorityExcellent oral and written communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented, able to connect the dots and communicate complex ideas effectively with executive presenceBroad understanding and experience including service business management, product development, and financial reportingWorking knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma (DMAIC, Kaizen); Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferredAdditional InformationTime Type:Full timeEmployee Type:Assignee / RegularTravel:Yes, 20% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:YesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
