Our client, a leading property management organization, is seeking a Janitor/Maintenance to join their team. As a Janitor/Maintenance , you will be part of the Facilities Support team supporting property upkeep and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Keep exteriors, common areas, vacant units, and sidewalks of the property clean and safe
- Assist in basic maintenance tasks as needed
- Perform cleaning duties such as vacuuming carpets, washing windows, and sweeping floors
- Maintain cleanliness of management offices and parking areas
- Report maintenance issues promptly and assist with snow and ice removal
What's Needed?
- High School education or equivalent
- Mechanical and plumbing aptitude
- Good safety habits and awareness
- Ability to perform moderate lifting (0 to 50 lbs.) and physical tasks
- Bondable status and willingness to perform various cleaning and maintenance duties
