Fabrication Shop ManagerAs Tesla's Fabrication Shop Manager, you will own day-to-day production in a self-perform fabrication shop supporting both industrial and advanced manufacturing construction programs. You will operate as the general superintendent of the shop — driving craft productivity, resolving issues in real time, and keeping pipe fabrication flowing from material issue through fit-up, weld, NDE, and release to the field. While the Project Manager owns budget, schedule, and weekly production output reporting, you will own the floor every day: craft, quality of workmanship, and the relentless daily execution required to keep construction off the critical path.
