Job Overview: The Facilities Technician will be responsible for all building maintenance such as HVAC systems, facilities lighting, plumbing, electrical and mechanical. Schedule: M-F 8am - 4:30pm, Saturdays as required. Key Responsibilities: Repair and maintain plant support machinery and equipment such as HVAC, boiler systems, pumps, and lighting Perform building maintenance repairs and services, electrical, plumbing, light construction, carpentry, painting and upkeep of external grounds Read and interpret equipment schematics and manuals Properly record all parts removed from storage Assist in preventative maintenance on production equipment Track, log, and update work orders daily Maintain proper storage of tools and equipment, keep organized workspace Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Communicate with Production team on proper set up and improvements on production equipment, participate in continuous improvement Keep tools, equipment, and machines clean in safe operating order Comply with safety procedures and GMP practices Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications & Experience: 2-4 years of experience facilities maintenance 2-3 years electrical experience, mechanical experience and hydraulics Experience with boilers and HVAC Must have excellent communication skills Ability to read wire diagrams and schematics Ability to handle physical workload Ability to lift up to 50lbs Other physical requirements: stand, kneel, crawl, stoop, push, pull or carry #J-18808-Ljbffr Evolving Solution Services
