Staffing Coordinator – Licensed Practical Nurse Full-Time | Franklin, Tennessee

Franklin Wellness & Rehab is seeking a compassionate, reliable Staffing Coordinator (LPN) to join our care team. If you're looking for a rewarding role in a team-driven environment, we want to meet you!

Staffing Coordinator Position Summary

As the Staffing Coordinator (LPN) at Franklin Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

Staff the facility at levels determine by the Director of Nursing in accordance with budget.
Prepare, modify, and distributes nursing schedules.
Monitor shift changes, attendance and tardiness, time sheets and punches.
Perform any other additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Nursing and/or the Administrator.
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

Staffing Coordinator Requirements

Current unrestricted LPN license for the state of Tennessee
2 years of work experience as a LPN
