• depending on expDirect responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Supporting tissue enhanced delivery platform development and portfolio programs
• Processing animal tissues for protein analysis and nucleic acid extraction
• Performing MSD and PCR-based methods for bioanalytical analyses
• Performing cell-based functional assays to characterize biotherapeutics
• Establishing SOPs and adapt new protocols from literature
• Maintaining electronic laboratory notebookQualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry/post-bachelors research
• Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques (qPCR/ddPCR, ELISA, Western Blot, etc.)
• Ability to independently execute experiments and analyze data
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to productively collaborate in cross-functional and matrixed teamsPreferred:
• Previous experience with animal tissue processing
• Previous experience with ELISA or MSD assays
• Previous experience with mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays
