Schedule: SundayThursday, 3:00 p.m.11:00 p.m.

Compensation: $90$105 per hour

We're seeking an experienced, dependable Nurse Practitioner to provide virtual urgent care visits from our Prospect Lefferts Gardens office. You'll evaluate a variety of acute care concerns and deliver timely, high-quality care as part of a collaborative clinical team.

This consistent evening schedule is a great fit for an NP with sound clinical judgment who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced virtual care setting.

An active Medicaid ID number is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual urgent care consultations from the office
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat common acute illnesses and minor injuries
• Prescribe medications and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Educate patients about their conditions, medications, and follow-up care
• Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and the clinical team to support continuity of care
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and patient experience

Qualifications

• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license
• Active Medicaid ID number required
• Urgent care, primary care, family medicine, or emergency medicine experience preferred
• Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
• Comfortable providing virtual care in a fast-paced environment
