Onboarding Analyst / Onboarding Coordinator Location: Hybrid in Tampa, FL Employment Type: Contract (Potential for Extension) Overview We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Onboarding Analyst to support end-to-end onboarding and preboarding activities for employees and contingent workers. This role acts as a central coordinator across multiple teams to ensure a smooth, compliant, and efficient onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will manage onboarding workflows, track progress, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure all requirements are completed prior to a new hire's start date. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and preboarding activities for new hires and contingent workers Initiate onboarding workflows and track progress to ensure timely completion Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Recruiting, IT, Compliance, and Operations Ensure completion of onboarding requirements such as: Employment eligibility (e.g., I-9 / right-to-work) Identity verification Training assignments System access and provisioning Monitor onboarding status and proactively follow up on outstanding tasks Identify and elevate onboarding issues, delays, or risks Maintain accurate onboarding records and documentation for audit purposes Support onboarding governance controls to ensure compliance before Day 1 Assist in improving onboarding processes and candidate experience Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2-5+ years of experience in onboarding coordination, HR Operations, and workforce administration Experience managing multiple onboarding cases simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment Strong organizational and time‑management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Dexian is an Equal Opportunity Employer that recruits and hires qualified candidates without regard to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, disability, or veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dexian
