Are you a QMA looking for an evening schedule that allows you to make a meaningful impact while working with a supportive team? Greencroft Goshen is seeking a dedicated Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to join our Evening Shift team.

Our residents aren't just people we care for - they're the heart of our community. We're looking for someone who shares our commitment to compassionate, resident-focused care.

Schedule : Full-Time Evening Shift

72 hours per pay period
Set scheduled: M-TH 2PM - 6:30PM and Fridays 2-6:30P

What You'll Do:

Administer medications safely and accurately
Monitor residents and communicate changes to nursing staff
Assist with resident care and support services
Complete documentation in a timely manner
Promote resident comfort, dignity, and well-being

What We're Looking For:

Current Indiana QMA certification
Strong communication and organizational skills
Genuine passion for serving older adults
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous healthcare experience preferred
