Warehouse Line Trainer (Afternoon)

Partner with leaders to identify appropriate technical training and development needs. Ensure TWI is used as a standard for operations training, provide TWI Job Instruction training, and coach employees on creating job breakdown sheets and instructing effectively through the Job Instruction methodology. Perform audits to minimize technical training gaps. Contribute to the training effectiveness and quality notification process. Provide analysis and metrics regarding learning effectiveness. Contribute to the recruitment process by carrying out dexterity tests for potential employees. Maintain training records. Identify opportunities for improvement in current training materials and procedures, and implement modifications. Participate in LEAN events and courses to obtain LEAN Level1 Certification. What You Will Bring Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Certification: TWI Job Instruction Train the Trainer Certified (Level1 Preferred). System Experience: Experience utilizing a Learning Management System; Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Skills: Ability to manage multiple training priorities in a fast‑paced warehouse environment; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and collaborate well in a team environment. Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Operation & Training: Experience training new hires and existing employees on PIT safety, proper operation, inspections, load handling, and pedestrian awareness. Background in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Experience with receiving, picking, inventory moves, cycle counts, and shipment processing.
