Job Details: Job Title: Home Health RN Location: Colmar, PA Setting: Home Health Pay Range: $2295.60 - $2410.38 Schedule: 8am-5pm Contract Length: 13 weeks Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly Requirements: Connect with your recruiter for role-specific requirements. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to home health patients in a designated geographic area. Perform patient assessments, wound care, and medication administration while managing chronic conditions such as CHF, COPD, CVA, and diabetes. Document treatments accurately using systems like EPIC, HCHB, OASIS, and Meditech. Educate patients and caregivers on health management and safety protocols.
