What We Are Looking For We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in delivering exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the mattress industry for 35+ years and are USA family owned and operated. You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our proven selling process and bedMatch system. Preferred Qualifications Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and weekends. Typical 4–5 day work week with 40–55 hours. Bilingual abilities are a plus (English and Spanish or other languages). Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading purchases. Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience focused on improving their lives through sleep solutions. Comfort with technology, including tablets, mobile POS, and the bedMatch system. Team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
