Yes Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 30-45 Days EMR System: Epic Requirements: Current ACLS through American Heart Association Perform Transesophageal Echos (TEE's) request privilege and meet the requirements Perform TEE's during a Watchman procedure if needed Conscious Sedation needed for TEE privileges Read Echocardiogram Job Responsibilities Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient Qualifications Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: Preferred Minimum Board Certification: Certified Working Hours Monday Friday, 8A-4P Open Dates: General Cardio - Conemaugh Feb 12-16 Feb 19 23 March 4 8 (need 2 providers this week) March 11-15 (need 1 more provider for this week plus 2 providers on March 15) April 1-5 April 8-12 April 15-19 April 22-26 May 27-31 (need 1 more provider for this week) June 3-7 (need 2 providers for this week) June 10-14 Site is looking to add an additional provider for 2024. 1-2 Night Calls per week may be needed 1 Weekends Call per month (future needs)
