Job details A well-established Manufacturer with a "People First" attitude Salary: $31 - $38 per hour This Jobot Job is hosted by: Cody MacLellan A bit about us We are looking for a Night Shift Production Supervisor to take ownership of production performance, team leadership, and operational efficiency during critical overnight hours. This role plays a key part in maintaining output, enforcing quality standards, and supporting frontline teams through hands‑on problem‑solving, coaching, and continuous improvement in a high‑volume manufacturing environment. Ensuring that all production activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures. Monitoring and managing the performance of the production team, providing guidance and feedback as necessary. Overseeing the assembly, grinding, stamping, and CNC processes in our manufacturing operations. Implementing and maintaining high standards of quality control, health and safety, and productivity. Identifying and resolving production problems, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration. Providing regular reports on production activities and performance. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on assembly, grinding, stamping, production lead, CNC operations, or equivalent. Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or a similar role in the manufacturing industry. Excellent knowledge of production management and quality control principles. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issues effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization. Ability to work on a permanent night shift schedule.
