Industrial Engineer

Drives enhancements in operational discipline, increasing throughput, and improving profitability across manufacturing operations Identify, develop, and implement manufacturing & operational excellence initiatives Enhances workflow by conducting time studies, identifying areas for potential improvement, and follow through Works collaboratively & cross-functionally to assess and refine processes while owning process flow optimization Improves part routings and costing accuracy, leads time studies, assists in designing efficient work cells, and develops part work instructions for employees Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Systems Engineering (or related field) preferred or equivalent level of experience 3+ years of heavy manufacturing experience Proficiency in Time & Motion Studies, Standardized Part Costing, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to perform effectively in a team environment Strong organization and project management skill #J-18808-Ljbffr Movement Search & Delivery
