Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing field teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and support the field team to ensure that project tasks are completed on schedule and to the highest standards.
• Track and report on project progress, including timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Identify and address any deviations or issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible.
• Assess project plans and make necessary revisions to accommodate changes or improvements. Communicate updates to all stakeholders effectively.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address and resolve any issues that arise to minimize impact on project success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
