We are looking to hire a Full-Time (32-hour) resource who is able to support our patient population needs on-site at our South Norwalk Dialysis Center! This hire would work on a 4-Day/32-Hour a Week Monday-Friday schedule.DaVita has an open position for a Social Worker who will be a vital member of each patient's core care team. Life on dialysis can be a difficult transition for many patients-and you'll be there to support and advocate for them.
