Leads a team managing business systems requirements (design, testing, implementation, maintenance) for the SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other portfolio applications.

Evaluates and analyzes business system requirements for feasibility, cost-effectiveness, integrity, completeness, compliance, computability, and testability.

Orchestrates the development of UiPath RPA testing bots, executing complex functional and regression testing for WMS operations to ensure system reliability.

Leverages Power Automate to automate WMS workflows, identifying process bottlenecks to develop high-impact solutions that enhance system performance.

Manages ServiceNow (SNOW) application incidents pertaining to warehouse related functionality and processes to include STOW, Inventory, Receiving, Kitting, MRO, COSIS, Etc.

Tests and validates that all software modifications meet system specifications and fulfill the approved business system requirements for WMS.

Researches and investigates new technological developments to improve the design, documentation, modification, testing, and implementation of new or existing software.

Identifies and defines system interface requirements for feasibility, cost-effectiveness, integrity, completeness, compliance, compatibility, and testability.

Assists in the evaluation, selection, and integration of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and/or Government-off-the-shelf (GOTS) solutions.

Maintains a clear understanding of applicable audit readiness end-to-end processes, including manual and system processes and their associated internal controls.
