The Career Opportunity PracticeTekisseekingahighly drivenWebsite Optimization Managerto join our team.TheWebsite Optimization Managerwill leadwebsitestrategyand executionwith an emphasis on conversion rate optimization, lead generation, andwebsitedevelopment.This is an onsite or remote position. We’reexcited to consider remote candidates for this role! That said, ifyou’rebased in Las Vegas, NV; Green Bay, WI; or San Diego, CA,you’llenjoy a dynamic hybrid setup, spending three days each week collaborating in the office and the rest working from whereveryou’remost productive. What You Will Own Conversion Rate Optimization:Develop and run tests acrossPracticeTek’sweb propertieswith a focus onmaximizing conversions and improving engagement. Website Development:Own the front-end and back-end ofPracticeTek’swebsites, leadingouton innovation and the application of best practices. UserExperience:Proactivelyoptimizeweb properties to deliver a best-in-class user experience. Website Performance Reporting:Provideweeklyreportingand deep insights onwebsite conversion, engagement, traffic, and health. Multi-Site Governance & Prioritization:Effectively manage severalPracticeTekwebsitesand be a trusted partner across the business for website activities. Website Technology Management:Managethetech stackacross web propertiesincludingthewebsite platform, integrations,andchatbot. CampaignEnablement:Supportkeymarketinginitiativesand product releaseswith theappropriate websiteassets. HowSuccess is Measured Website Conversion Rates:Drive improved conversion rates acrossPracticeTek websites and key conversion pages. LeadGeneration:Achieve lead generation targets and supportother business growth goals. Website Health Metrics:Provide a strong user experience through the application of best practices,evidencedbypage loading times, engagement metrics, LLM and SEO optimization, etc. What You Bring Your unique talents are whatmakesyou shine. For this role,the right fitlooks like: Bachelor's degree inan applicable discipline 5+ years of experience in website development and optimization Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects and manage competing priorities and tight deadlines. Stronginterpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with leaders and highly intellectual thinkers. Experience withWebflowis a plus B2B SaaS experience is preferred Asana Project Managementexperienceis a plus Ready to Join? The Fine Print (That Really Matters) At PracticeTek, wedeterminecompensation by considering market data, internal equity, and each candidate’s skills and experience. For this position, wereasonably expectto pay between $81500 - $125,000. This role is also eligible for benefits, including health, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) with companymatch, and may be eligible foradditionalcompensation such as bonuses or equity, as applicable.
