Warehouse Clerk

Warehouse Clerk will fulfill and process all MMR items coming back from production. Will pull replacement parts if item is in stock. Oversee the general organization of the warehouse MRB and RTV cage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor MMR returns from the production team; this includes pulling failed parts off jobs and replacing them with good parts.
• Move non-conforming items into the MRB cage via the MRR process into designated program QCMRB shelf location.
• Transfer part from MRB location to what every location the parts where Dispo to.
• Pull, pack and ship RTV parts out of the RTV or MRB cage once approved by Procurement.
• Items disposed to scrap will be moved in ERP system to the SCRAP location and the physical part placed in the designated scrap bin.
• The MRR paperwork will be given to warehouse management for review and electronically scraping.
• Assist other warehouse departments as needed.

Education and/or Experience

• Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience.
• Must be adaptive to a high volume production environment and integrate as an active team member with a positive can do attitude.
• Able to receive bad product back from production, report any overage, shortage and damage of product. follow instructions as indicated by paperwork.
• Ability to read, understand and follow safety procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to respect deadlines and to efficiently interrelate with other workers.
• Must have excellent workmanship skills.
• Must have VERY high attention to detail.

Basic Employment Requirements

• Must be able to work over-time as needed.
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, capable of multitasking.
• Ability to interpret various forms of assembly documentation.
• Must be focused and have high attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and be eligible to obtain a passport.
• Ability to handle materials safely and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Become a functional and dependable part of a team.

• 9/80 Work schedule or as assigned by Warehouse Manager.
