Lithia & Driveway is the leading automotive retailer in each of our markets.We take personal ownership, empowering our employees to take accountability and initiative in their daily work and career paths.What You'll DoPerform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, observing Lithia and manufacturer standards.Diagnose cause of malfunction.Complete all repairs according to the applicable safety requirements.Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing the necessary and required training.Constructively communicate with dealership personnel to satisfy customer needs.What You'll BringCertification/Training: Must demonstrate confidence with lube and maintenance services, engine repair, suspension/steering repair, brake repair and heating and A/C repair (optional).Customer Pay Proficiency Level: Greater than 100%We require 2+ years of experience as a Technician in a dealership or shop.We prefer ASE certificationsWorking knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies.Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge to grow with us and meet projected service goals.Total RewardsThis is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production ProductivityThe average wage range for this position is $20.00-$40.00 per Flat Rate HoursActual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
