Apply today.WHAT YOU WILL DOThe Sr. Sales Strategy Manager, Genesis will play a pivotal role in supporting Genesis Motor America by developing and executing product and program strategies that drive asset growth across retail, lease, commercial, insurance, and CPO channels and enhancing the overall retailer experience, optimizing service levels, and elevating Genesis Finance’s market presence. This role will serve as a key liaison between Genesis Finance Regional Sales Directors and OEM Regional General Managers ensuring strategic alignment and seamless collaboration across the designated region while acting as the primary point of contact for OEM retailer meetings, joint business planning, and issue resolution. In addition, this role will lead sales development initiatives, supporting Regional Sales Directors in executing strategic sales goals, refining forecasting methodologies, and tracking performance metrics.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTOEM and Retailer Management Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM retailer meetings, joint business planning and issue resolution. Maintain supportive presence at key OEM and Retailer meetings and events. Foster OEM, Captive, and Retailer relationships ensuring alignment and awareness of programs, products, resources, and opportunities. Support regional training & development of evolving administrative reporting, digitalization, and Retailer self-service tools.Sales Strategy Execution Develop and deploy sales strategies to drive KPI achievement in support of Genesis Finance and OEM corporate initiatives. Lead sales development initiatives to support Regional Sales Directors in achieving strategic sales goals, refining forecasting methodologies and tracking performance metrics. Serve as a key liaison between Genesis Finance Regional Sales Directors and OEM Regional General Managers to ensure strategic alignment and seamless collaboration across the designated region.Product and Program Initiatives Support commercial asset growth across retail, lease, commercial, insurance and CPO channels to enhance the overall retailer experience. service level optimization, and Genesis Finance’s market presence. Partner with Business Development Managers and Regional Sales Directors to drive new car programs and CPO product sales, ensuring effective communication of OEM initiatives to Retailer partners. Collaborate across regional activities to enhance engagement and product and program performance.QualificationsWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLEMinimum 8 years of progressive experience in captive automotive lending, OEM field sales, sales strategy, or related financial services environment; experience should include retail/lease financing, commercial floorplan, remarketing, aftermarket protection products, or related dealer-facing programs. Experience partnering with OEM, captive finance, regional sales, and retailer/dealer stakeholders to drive business performance and program execution. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related discipline.Strong knowledge of captive automotive finance products, dealer/retailer operations, OEM field sales, and sales strategy execution. Ability to develop and recommend strategies that drive KPI achievement, asset growth, retailer engagement, and program performance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate trends, identify business opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across OEM, captive finance, regional sales, and retailer stakeholders without direct authority. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to leadership and cross-functional business partners.
