Position: Private Practice Associate Dentist
Location: Boyd, Texas
Company Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join a thriving private practice in Boyd, Texas.
This is a FFS/PPO opportunity that is adding a dentist due to growth.
4 days a week.
All digital, CBCT, electric handpieces.
No lab fees.
Compensation to be discussed with dentist owner.
Dentist are making $ 300,000 +
Job Description:
As an Associate Dentist, you will work alongside an experienced team of dental professionals to provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general dentistry procedures, including but not limited to: exams, fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns
- Educate patients on oral health care and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care
- Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations and guidelines
Requirements:
- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
- Active Texas dental license
- 1-2 years of experience in a private practice setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
