Job Opportunity: Hospice Director of Nursing

We are looking for a dedicated Hospice Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services division. This position is responsible for managing the hospice nursing team, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and promoting high-quality, patient-focused care throughout our Southeastern region.

• Supervise and support hospice nursing personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Drive initiatives that enhance quality and patient-centered care.
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and clinical performance metrics.
• Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and professional development.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based hospice practices.
• Encourage staff growth and continuous improvement efforts.
• Enhance the experiences of patients and families during end-of-life care.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to quality improvement and patient advocacy.
