The Sr. HR Operations Program Manager will lead complex programs and projects that enhance our HR operations. This role is pivotal in driving successful M&A integrations, continuous process improvement, and the delivery of targeted HR systems initiatives. The Program Manager will partner closely with HR leadership, Shared Services, and cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and manage scalable HR solutions that align with organizational strategy and workforce needs.

The ideal candidate will bring both strong program management discipline and deep HR functional knowledge, ensuring that people, process, and technology solutions are effectively integrated, communicated, and sustained.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership

• Lead and manage HR programs across the enterprise, including M&A integration, workforce restructures, and Shared Services initiatives.
• Drive implementation of smaller HR systems (e.g., ER platforms, bespoke applications that integrate into the HR tech stack).
• Oversee Org Development programs tied to workforce planning, restructuring, and organizational design.
• Establish and maintain program governance, timelines, and reporting to ensure alignment with business priorities.

Continuous Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and standardization across HR processes.
• Lead process mapping, root-cause analysis, and design thinking approaches to optimize HR service delivery.
• Drive automation and simplification initiatives that improve employee and manager experiences.

Stakeholder & Change Management

• Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on change initiatives, ensuring adoption and sustainability.
• Develop clear communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans to support change.
• Build strong partnerships with HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, HR Technology, and Shared Services teams.

HR Expertise & Integration

• Ensure programs are designed with a strong understanding of HR policies, compliance requirements, and employee experience considerations.
• Partner with Total Rewards, Talent, Payroll, and HRIS teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and systems.
• Stay current with HR trends, technologies, and regulatory developments to inform program design.

Required

• 7+ years of experience in HR operations, HR program management, or a related field.
• Proven track record managing large-scale HR programs, ideally including M&A integrations and workforce restructures.
• Strong program management skills with ability to apply frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and change management.
• Solid understanding of HR domains (HRIS, Employee Relations, Org Development, Shared Services).
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Experience implementing HR systems, particularly niche or custom-built applications that integrate with a broader HR tech stack.
• Background in organizational development and workforce planning methodologies.
• Certifications in Program Management (PMP, PgMP) or Change Management (Prosci, ACMP).
• Exposure to diverse employee populations including field, corporate, and international teams.
