Shift Leader Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on a bagel—delicious on their own but adding flavor and holding the team together. They set morale, coach team members, and are responsible for opening and closing the store with minimal supervision. Day in the Life of a Shift Leader Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience, set the team’s morale and tone, provide feedback and coaching, and ensure the quality of food and beverages while maintaining a safe and clean environment. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. Ranges reflect what the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position. The physical demands for this position involve sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours.
