Join Grifols at ABC Healthcare as a licensed clinician in our plasma donation center. In this role, you’ll perform thorough donor assessments, monitor donors throughout the collection process, and respond promptly to any adverse reactions. You will obtain medical histories, perform vital signs and venipuncture, maintain accurate electronic documentation, and ensure strict adherence to FDA, OSHA, and HIPAA guidelines. Collaborate closely with physicians and center staff, provide clear education to donors, support quality and safety initiatives, and contribute to a compassionate, team-oriented environment focused on improving patient outcomes.
