Client Services Coordinator (Part-Time, Contract)

Richmond Growth Advisors trains the frontline staff of independent restaurants, shops, gyms and studios. We're a small, growing firm, and we're looking for an organized, reliable person to keep the business side running smoothly so our founder can spend her time with clients.

What you’ll do

• Manage the calendar: book consultations, secret shopper visits and on-site training sessions


• Keep client records and follow-up notes up to date in our tracking system


• Prepare proposals, invoices and session materials from existing templates


• Schedule social media posts and update the website from content we provide


• Follow up with prospects and clients by email in a warm, professional voice


• Occasionally pick up or drop off training materials at client locations
