What You'll Do

• Identify and engage top talent across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences industries.

• Build relationships with candidates through outreach, networking, and ongoing engagement.

• Learn executive search and recruiting methodologies through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience.

• Interview and assess candidates while supporting searches for leading life sciences organizations.
