Details Work in a 24-bed Emergency Department Patient ratio of 1:4, with 1:1-2 for trauma patients Mids shift schedule from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM 13-week assignment Uses Cerner EMR Requirements Active MO or compact RN license required BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and SAMA (or equivalent) certifications required TNCC and ENPC certifications preferred 1+ years of recent Emergency Department experience requiredNo certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Additional Information Rapidly assess patient conditions and assign Emergency Severity Index scores Provide immediate life-saving interventions and stabilize critical patients Administer medications and coordinate with other healthcare professionals for timely, appropriate care Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered RTO requests must be less than one week Not eligible if previously worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years These details are based on information provided by the facility and may include inaccuracies or be subject to updates.
