Registered Nurses - LTACH

We are seeking compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team at a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital in Clear Lake, TEXAS. In this role, you will provide specialized care to patients with complex, long-term health needs. Position Details Position: Registered Nurse Location: Clear Lake, TX Schedule: AM & PM Duration: PRN - Rotation Unit: LTACH Hourly Pay: $60.00 What You'll Do As a Travel RN at our LTAC facility, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to medically fragile patients who may be recovering from severe illness, trauma, surgery, or chronic medical conditions. This role requires flexibility, a keen understanding of acute care practices, and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Maintain clear, accurate, and timely patient records. Educate patients and their families on the management of ongoing health conditions, treatments, and discharge planning. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and protocols to maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients.
