A growing hospitality organization with a portfolio of distinctive, high end dining experiences is looking for a Regional Executive Chef to provide culinary leadership across multiple locations and markets.

The Regional Executive Chef will work closely with restaurant leadership and culinary teams to maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, execution, and guest experience while supporting the continued growth of the organization.

You will provide culinary leadership across multiple restaurants, working with Executive Chefs and culinary leaders to maintain standards while developing people and improving performance.

Responsibilities will include:

• Lead and mentor Executive Chefs and culinary leadership teams across multiple locations

• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, consistency, and execution

• Partner with restaurant leadership to improve culinary and operational performance

• Support menu development, seasonal changes, culinary programming, and concept evolution

• Conduct regular restaurant visits and provide hands on coaching and feedback

• Review food costs, labor, purchasing, inventory, and kitchen performance

• Establish and maintain culinary standards across the portfolio while allowing each concept to maintain its individual identity

• Support new restaurant openings and major culinary initiatives

• Recruit, train, and develop culinary talent and build a strong leadership pipeline

• Work closely with senior leadership on culinary strategy and long term growth

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality

• Proven success leading culinary teams across multiple restaurants or locations

• Current or previous experience as an Executive Chef, Regional Executive Chef, Corporate Executive Chef, Culinary Director, or similar senior culinary leader

• Strong knowledge of culinary operations, food cost, labor, purchasing, and kitchen financial performance

• Experience developing and mentoring Executive Chefs and other senior culinary leaders

• Strong understanding of high end guest expectations and service standards

• Experience with restaurant openings, menu development, concept development, or culinary repositioning

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Willingness to remain actively involved in restaurant operations rather than managing exclusively from an office
