RN Full Time Day Shift

Skills: Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Day Shift RN in Spring, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the emergency room. Responsibilities: Assessing and triaging patients in the emergency room Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitoring and recording vital signs and medical history Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families Documenting patient care and progress in medical records Adhering to hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations Requirements: Current and valid RN license in the state of Texas Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the emergency room Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Flexibility to work day shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
