Senior Medical Director, Immunology, Global Patient Safety

Senior Medical Director role overseeing pharmacovigilance and patient safety for immunology products in clinical and post-marketing phases. Responsible for safety surveillance, signal detection, regulatory compliance, and risk management strategy implementation across assigned therapeutic products.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Safety Leads and serve as PST Lead for one or more immunology products
• Conduct safety surveillance and signal detection for pharmaceutical, biological, and drug-device products
• Author and contribute to pharmacovigilance documents including safety assessments and risk management plans
• Analyze and communicate aggregate safety data to cross-functional teams
• Lead periodic safety reporting strategy and oversee post-marketing surveillance activities

Requirements

• MD or DO with 2+ years residency and patient management experience
• 2–4 years pharmacovigilance experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Ability to analyze clinical data and epidemiological information effectively
• Strong technical writing and document review skills
• Self-directed work style with cross-functional team leadership capability
• Master of Public Health preferred but not required
