What To Expect
We’re looking for a Learning & Development Partner who thrives at the intersection of facilitation and execution. You’ll work with leaders and teams to build capability, strengthen culture, and deliver learning experiences that drive measurable results across your site and assigned business units. This role blends facilitation, coordination, and design: from supporting New Hire Orientation to designing and delivering development programs. You’ll help translate organizational needs into learning that improves performance today.
The role combines training facilitation, learning consultation, and systems-thinking. You’ll be expected to build immersive experiences and tools that translate organizational needs into learning that improves performance today and builds capability for tomorrow.
What You'll Do
Coordinate and facilitate the new-hire experience in person and virtually. Manage run-of-show, new-hire communication, and logistics, and support measurement and iteration so every new hire leaves Day 1 with clarity, connection, and confidenceLead in-person and online sessions on leadership, communication, motivation, and culture building. Facilitate to leaders and adapt content and delivery to a range of leader audiences while maintaining consistency across sessionsApply frameworks such as ADDIE and 4MAT to design and build engaging, outcome-based learning. Partner with stakeholders and senior partners to translate business needs into effective learning solutionsProvide project coordination and delivery support across People Development initiatives, keeping work on track and helping demonstrate its valueUse Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation (primarily Levels 1 and 2, building toward behavior change) to assess effectiveness and identify improvementsConsult with leaders and HR partners for your site and assigned units to identify development needs and connect them to available resources
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or HR in dynamic, fast-paced, high-change environmentsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or certification (ICF, ATD, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferredAbility to work fully on-site and to travel up to 15% of the timeProven ability to design, measure, and deliver end-to-end training programs with full ownership over the ADDIE processExperience owning end-to-end execution, including orientation, logistics, communication, and evaluationExcellent communication, prioritization, and relationship-building skillsProficency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal tools

Expected Compensation
$64,800 - $118,800/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
