Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned ICU/CCU patients on a per-shift basis
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatment, adjusting care plans as appropriate
• Supervise and delegate patient care tasks to appropriate clinical staff
• Support nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered
• Contribute to competency oversight of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Texas or through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Current clinical experience in an ICU or CCU setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU/CCU environment
• Demonstrated ability to function independently in a high-acuity critical care setting
• Experience with resource management and clinical staff supervision
