Family Medicine Physician Leander, TX
\nPrivate Practice | 4-Day Option | No Nights or Weekends
\n \nRiver Hills Family Medicine is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our physician-owned outpatient primary care practice in Leander, Texas.
\n \nWe are a patient-centered private practice defined by clinical autonomy and a deep-rooted commitment to the community. Our culture empowers you to practice medicine on your own terms within a highly supportive, collaborative environment.
\n \nPosition Highlights
\n- \n
- 100% outpatient primary care \n
- Flexible 4, 4.5, or 5-day workweek \n
- 1520 patients per day + built-in admin time \n
- Dedicated MA support + tenured clinical/admin team \n
- In-office lab and office-based procedures \n
- Opportunity to incorporate preventive medicine, weight management, longevity medicine, hormone therapy, or other clinical interests \n
- Highly competitive guaranteed base salary + productivity bonus \n
- Annual MSSP/Quality bonus potential \n
- Medical, 401k w/4% match, PTO, CME, malpractice coverage, and more \n
