We also have our very-own Dental Assistant School that supplies all of our offices with ready-trained RDAs!Responsibilities:Flexible availability weekdays, 8a-530p, working at our Fort Worth locationEmbed and behaviorally exemplify the MINT dentistry values of Love, Generosity and Perfection in all work and deliverables, and proactively pursue nurturing and collegial doctor/clinical and operational relationships anchored on these valuesMaintain a clean and professional appearance aligned with the brand and chic company aestheticObserve and provide support to veteran Dentists in all aspects of clinical operations to learn and develop according to MINT clinical practicesDeliver quality and compassionate dental care to every patient servedDiagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment to patients. This is to include exams, cleanings, scaling and root planing, delivering anesthetic, and composite restorations. Limitations as deemed appropriate by the lead dentist. For example, extractions, multiple composite restorations, root canal therapy, crowns, fixed partial dentures, removable partial dentures or complete dentures.Educate patients and parents of patients on maintaining proper oral healthCommunicate with dental staff on our team regarding patient treatment plansCommunicate with patients regarding MINT products and procedures using MINT scriptsPrescribe medications as necessaryCarefully document all medications, diagnoses, treatments, and consultationsQualifications:Dental Doctoral degree from an accredited U.S. dental schoolState license and regional boards5 years of experience working in high-volume, broad-scope, service-oriented general and cosmetic dentistryEligible to practice dentistry in local stateClear, energetic and professional communication with a command of the english languageEngaging and social dispositionClean and professional appearance and proper grooming skillsAdaptability, flexibility and receptiveness to change, new approaches and advancements in dentistry and technologyAbility to work in a high-volume, fast paced, team-oriented environmentAbility to use dental tools and equipment at an expert level and practice a broad scope of dentistry- including molar endoLooking for stability within an organization with limitless growth and development opportunitiesGroup practice experience is a plusExperience operating your own practice is a plus
